Ventilation system distribution box – efficient air distribution

This distribution box, designed for ventilation and heat recovery systems, enables efficient air distribution between the floors of a building. The construction with a through channel with diameters of 160/200 mm ensures efficient flow, and eight nozzles with a diameter of 75 mm allow connection to eight ventilation ducts in the lower-level rooms. Construction and application

The VCB160/200-8 box is made of high-quality polypropylene modified with bacteriostatic Nano-Silver additive. This material not only ensures durability and resistance to damage but also limits the development of bacteria and the formation of unpleasant odors. The box is designed for installation in the heated area of the building, but in the case of installation in unheated rooms, additional insulation with mineral wool with a thickness of at least 15 cm is recommended. The box can be flooded in screed or ceiling, as well as built under plasterboard, giving great freedom of design.

Airflow regulation between floors is done using air diffusers, and a damper can also be used mounted before the inlet to the box. Unused channels can be easily closed with the included caps with seals. The patented mounting system allows precise adjustment of the distance of the box from the mounting surface and its removal if necessary. Independently adjustable brackets allow mounting in both horizontal and inclined positions.
