Mounting channel CMP41H41/2.5MC is a versatile steel profile with a wide range of applications in both electrical and construction installations. It is ideal for suspending luminaires, as well as a structural element for mounting cable trays and ladders. Its solid construction allows it to be used as a bracket for various cantilever arms.

Construction and materials

Made of S250GD steel, the channel is characterized by high strength and rigidity. It is available with various protective coatings against corrosion – Magnelis®, MagiZinc® and PosMAC – which guarantees long-term reliability even in harsh environmental conditions. The sheet thickness of 1.5 mm provides adequate load-bearing capacity and structural stability. The “double bend” on the open side of the cross-section further strengthens the profile, increasing its resistance to loads.

Applications and compatibility

This channel is not only a fastening element, but also a key component of many supporting systems. It is compatible with cantilever arms of the WWSR..., WW..., WWS/WWSO..., WU/WUO..., WWSN..., WS..., WZS..., WSZN... series (for thicknesses ≥ 2mm), as well as WTL..., WWT..., WPL..., WPT..., WMCN..., WMC/WMCO…. This makes it easy to integrate with existing infrastructure. For mounting the channel with a connector, it is recommended to use SGFM10x20 or SGKFM10x20 screws.
