This reinforced C-channel, made of S350GD steel with a protective coating of Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC, is a solid structural element designed for direct support of photovoltaic panels and mounting of fixing brackets. The sheet thickness of 2.0 mm guarantees the strength and stability of the entire structure. This profile is used in both private installations and large photovoltaic farms.

Construction and application

The CWCR100H50/3.3MC C-channel is distinguished by a well-thought-out design that facilitates and speeds up the installation of solar panels. Extended and densified perforation eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the profile during the installation of panels with different dimensions - this saves time and increases precision. The widened perforation allows the use of rhombus nuts for quick mounting. In addition, one of the walls is bent at an obtuse angle, which allows for obtaining an optimal angle of inclination of the panels (25°) without the need for additional fixing elements. It is also possible to order profiles with a 20° angle.
