The CWCR100H50/6.6MC reinforced C-channel is a key element of the photovoltaic panel mounting system. Made of S350GD steel, coated with Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC, it provides durability and corrosion resistance – even in harsh weather conditions. This profile is designed for direct panel support and mounting bracket installation.

Versatility and easy installation

The C-channel design has been carefully thought out for quick and universal installation. The extended and densified perforation eliminates the need to drill additional holes in the profile, which significantly speeds up work and allows for adaptation to panels of various sizes. The widened perforation allows the use of quick-mounting diamond nuts, and the bending of one of the walls at an obtuse angle provides an optimal panel tilt angle (25°) without the need for additional elements. It is also possible to order profiles with a 20° angle.

Parameters and application

The CWCR100H50/6.6MC C-channel is characterized by a sheet thickness of 2.0 mm, which guarantees adequate stiffness and strength of the structure. It is ideal for both smaller home installations and large photovoltaic farms – orders for PV farms with a capacity of ≥ 0.5 MW are delivered in practical bulk packaging. For mounting, it is recommended to use SGKFM10x20PV screws in combination with PW10F nuts.
