Universal mounting element for various applications

Mounting channel CMP41H41/3.7MC is a versatile steel profile, widely used in both electrical installations and supporting structures. It is ideal for suspending lamps, mounting cable trays and ladders. Thanks to its construction, it provides a solid support for various types of brackets – WWSR, WW, WWS/WWSO, WU/WUO and many others.

Construction and materials

The profile is made of S250GD steel, which guarantees strength and reliability. Additionally, it is available with different protective coatings: Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC – providing high corrosion resistance, even in harsh environmental conditions. The sheet thickness is 1.5 mm. The "double bend" on the open side of the channel section increases its stiffness and load capacity.

Installation and compatibility

For mounting the channel with a connector, it is recommended to use SGFM10x20 or SGKFM10x20 screws. The product meets the E-90 function, which means its suitability for installations requiring a high level of fire safety. On request, channels of other lengths and sheet thicknesses (above 200 pieces) can be manufactured. This allows the profile to be adapted to the specific needs of a given project.
