The PBK50MC ballast base is a key element when laying ballast and weighting down structures. Made of S250GD steel, coated with Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC, it provides exceptional corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in demanding environmental conditions. Practical solutions for quick installation

The base design is designed with convenience and speed of installation in mind. The overall dimensions are ideally matched to the most popular sizes of concrete blocks, and a stable snap-fit connection eliminates the need for tools during installation. This translates to time and labor cost savings, which is especially important for larger projects. Additionally, the connection can be reinforced by screwing the base with SGKFM10x20PV screws.

Strength and corrosion protection

Sheet thickness of 1.2 mm guarantees adequate strength and stability of the structure. The use of steel in Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coating guarantees high corrosion resistance - even in harsh atmospheric and industrial conditions. This translates to a longer lifespan of the installation and minimizes the risk of failure caused by corrosion of the load-bearing elements. It is worth remembering that in the fourth quarter of this year, a special double-sided tape dedicated to gluing the base to elements made of steel in Magnelis®, MagiZinc® and PosMAC coating is planned to be available, which will further facilitate installation.
