The reinforced CWT70H50/1NMC C-channel is a key structural support element designed for vertical support posts in photovoltaic systems. Made of S350GD steel, the C-channel ensures the stability and durability of the entire structure, and its dimensions – 70 mm wide and 50 mm high – guarantee adequate strength. A sheet thickness of 3.0 mm further reinforces the profile.

This C-channel stands out from the competition with a number of features that facilitate installation and ensure long-term reliability. Thanks to the elongated holes (up to 35 mm), precise panel leveling and tolerance of the depth of post embedding in the ground are possible. Changing the shape of the holes to rectangular improves the locking of SGKFM10x20PV mushroom-head cap screws, eliminating the risk of loosening connections. The denser perforation is adapted to BDF...H profiles, allowing the construction to be mounted at various angles of inclination of the panels to the ground.

Strength and corrosion protection

The profile is made of material coated with Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC – providing exceptionally high corrosion resistance. This is crucial for outdoor installations exposed to atmospheric factors. It is also possible to order a solid C-channel with perforation only in the screw fastening locations, which further increases its strength and minimizes the risk of damage.

For mounting, it is recommended to use SGKFM10x20PV screws, which provide optimal connection and structural safety. This C-channel is an investment in a stable and long-lasting photovoltaic installation that will efficiently generate energy for many years.
