Universal mounting element for photovoltaic panels

Reinforced C-channel CWC100H50/6.6NMC is a key structural element in photovoltaic installations, providing solid panel support and enabling precise mounting bracket installation. Made of S350GD steel with a Magnelis®, MagiZinc® or PosMAC coating, it guarantees high corrosion resistance and long-term reliability – even in harsh weather conditions. Sheet thickness of 2.0 mm ensures adequate stiffness and strength of the structure.

Construction and application

The C-profile with dimensions of 100 mm width and 50 mm height, with a length of 6630 mm, is designed for direct support of photovoltaic panels and mounting of fixing brackets. Particular attention should be paid to the extended and densified perforation – this solution allows mounting panels of various sizes without the need to drill additional holes in the profile. The expanded perforation also enables the use of quick-mounting diamond nuts, which significantly speeds up the installation process. Identical perforation size on both walls of the profile provides flexibility in mounting in any position.
