Mounting photovoltaic panels – stability and durability

This side panel bracket, made of aluminum (EN AW-6063), is a key element of the photovoltaic panel mounting system. It is used to securely and permanently connect panels to aluminum profiles, mounting rails, UPDMC and UPG...MC brackets, and C-channels. It enables solid mounting of panels on the roof or other surface.

Design and features

The bracket is distinguished by a well-thought-out design that translates into increased stability and durability of the entire system. Longitudinal grooves placed at the panel pressure point and the clamp contact with the profile significantly improve adhesion and minimize the risk of panel shifting under the influence of wind or snow load. In addition, the special cross-section of the element is designed to provide maximum resistance to mechanical loads. Notches on the surface of the bracket further improve adhesion, which is particularly important in harsh weather conditions.

Finishing and matching

The bracket is available in black (RAL 9005), which provides an aesthetic appearance of the installation and better matching to most roofs. The possibility of custom painting allows for perfect color matching to individual customer preferences or project requirements. The height of the bracket is 35 mm. Aluminum construction guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term reliability even in harsh environmental conditions.
