The construction based on a PEX pipe, surrounded by high-quality PUR foam insulation and protected by a corrugated LLDPE jacket, guarantees minimal energy loss and installation durability. Construction and properties

The pipe consists of two PEX conductive pipes with a diameter of 40x3.7 mm, surrounded by a layer of polyurethane (PUR) thermal insulation. The whole is protected by a corrugated outer jacket made of LLDPE polyethylene, which protects against mechanical damage and weathering. The corrugation facilitates assembly and allows for compensation of thermal expansion. The inner layer of PEX has an EVOH anti-diffusion barrier, preventing oxygen from penetrating the installation, which extends its lifespan. The pipe is designed to operate at a maximum temperature of 95°C (momentarily) and 90°C (continuously) and a working pressure of 6 bar.
