The device allows simultaneous reading of active power (W), reactive power (VAR), and apparent power (VA), facilitating rapid diagnosis of energy efficiency issues without the need to switch between different operating modes.
Unique AmpTip™ Feature and Advanced Harmonic Analysis
One of the most practical features of this model is the AmpTip™ system, which solves the problem of measuring small currents in thick conductors. A special notch in the upper part of the jaws enables precise measurement of currents up to 40A even in conductors with a diameter of up to 51 mm, eliminating errors resulting from weak magnetic signals. This solution is particularly useful when diagnosing control circuits or monitoring energy consumption in standby mode.
The device goes beyond basic measurements, offering full power quality analysis:
- THD and DF Analysis: The meter calculates the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD%) and Distortion Factor (DF%) for both current and voltage, which is essential for detecting causes of transformer overheating or capacitor failures.
- Phase Sequence: The phase sequence detection function facilitates correct connection of three-phase motors and rotating equipment.
- DC-ZERO Compensation: In the case of DC or mixed AC+DC measurements, this function eliminates errors resulting from magnetic hysteresis of the clamp core, ensuring reliable readings even at very low DC current values.
Safety and Versatility of Applications

This model meets rigorous safety standards CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V, meaning it can be safely used directly on main distribution boards and at power sources. Equipped with a backlit LCD display and a built-in flashlight, it allows comfortable work in poorly lit distribution cabinets or technical ducts.
Additionally, the device integrates digital multimeter functions, eliminating the need to carry extra equipment during installation audits. The instrument enables resistance measurement up to 6 kΩ, which is useful for testing circuit continuity and checking resistors. In terms of capacitance, it supports values up to 1000 µF, facilitating diagnosis of filtering and starting capacitors without the use of dedicated LC meters.
