This dirt separator, made of durable composite material, effectively separates sand particles, rust and ferromagnetic compounds from closed central heating and air conditioning systems. Its design minimizes pressure loss, ensuring efficient system operation. The device is designed for mounting on both horizontal and vertical pipelines.

Construction and application

The DIRTMAG separator is designed to protect the circulation pump, valves and other components of the installation from damage caused by contaminants. Thanks to the large capacity of the sedimentation chamber, the cleaning frequency is minimized, and this process can be carried out without having to shut down the entire system. The built-in magnet additionally captures metal chips, increasing the efficiency of separation. A drain valve with a hose connection facilitates safe and hygienic removal of accumulated contaminants.
