This brass dirt separator, equipped with a magnet, is a key element in maintaining the efficiency and performance of heating and water systems. The DIRTMAG separator is designed for mounting in horizontal and vertical pipelines with a diameter of 1 1/2 inch (DN 40). Made of high-quality brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. It has internal threads to facilitate connection to the existing installation. Additionally, thermal insulation reduces heat loss and prevents condensation of water vapor on the surface of the device.

Design and functionality

The device is distinguished by a well-thought-out design that combines mechanical and magnetic separation functions. Contaminants with a size of up to 5 µm are effectively captured by a mechanical filter, and ferromagnetic particles are attracted by a built-in magnet. Thanks to this, the separator not only protects the installation elements but also improves the quality of water circulating in the system. A drain valve with a hose connection allows for easy and hygienic removal of accumulated contaminants without the need to disassemble the device. The upper connection with a cap allows for the possible connection of additional installation elements or venting of the system.
