The CarboCollar CC Slim fire protection collar is a reliable solution for sealing pipe penetrations through walls and ceilings, providing effective fire protection. The product is designed for both combustible and metal pipes, with or without insulation. The collar's design, with a reduced height of 30mm, facilitates installation in areas with limited space.

The collar consists of a durable steel shell and intumescent material insert(s). In the event of a fire, the intumescent material increases in volume, tightly sealing the opening and preventing the spread of fire and smoke. A stabilizing buckle and mounting brackets with holes allow for secure attachment of the collar to the partition using expansion anchors.

Construction and installation:

The collar is supplied as a ready-to-install element. Select the appropriate collar size for the pipe diameter, then mount it on the pipe and attach it to the partition using dedicated expansion anchors (M6x60 mm or M8x80 mm). For walls, it is recommended to install two collars on both sides of the partition, while for ceilings, one collar from the bottom is sufficient.
