Flame Cabel Pasta A is a single-component ablative paste, designed for comprehensive fire protection. The product is based on a water dispersion of synthetic resin and finds wide application in protecting structural elements and installations against the spread of fire. Its versatility will be appreciated by both professionals and individuals who independently care about safety in their homes.

Application and properties

The paste is ideal for securing mineral wool used as a covering for steel pipes passing through building partitions. It will also work as a filling for combined fire-resistant installation passages, gaps and expansion joints in fire walls and ceilings. Additionally, it can be used to protect fire-resistant gypsum plasterboard or fill the space between them. Thanks to its endothermic properties, the coating with Flame Cabel Pasta A blocks the spread of fire, providing valuable protection. Fire resistance class up to EI 120 guarantees high effectiveness in critical situations. Reaction to fire is classified as Bfl-s1 or B-s2,d0, which confirms its safety of use.

Ease of use and efficiency

Flame Cabel Pasta A stands out for its simplicity of application – it can be applied with a spatula or brush, without the need for mixing or adding water. This saves time and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. The paste provides a durable and aesthetic fire protection coating, and its high efficiency (theoretical consumption is approximately 1.93 kg/m² per 1 mm coating thickness) translates into an economical solution. Importantly, the product can be used interchangeably with PiroAcrylic, offering flexibility in choosing a protection system. The cream-white color allows for easy matching to the surroundings or painting with water-based paints to achieve the desired visual effect.
