Flame Cabel PASTA I fire protection paste is a reliable solution for securing passages through walls and ceilings for metal pipes (steel, copper, cast iron) – both insulated and uninsulated. It will also work for flammable pipes with a small diameter, reinforced with glass or aluminum. The product is particularly useful during electrical installations, where fire safety is crucial.

The paste is based on a water dispersion of synthetic resin and creates a swelling, fire-resistant thermal insulation layer under the influence of high temperature. This is a simple but effective protection against the spread of fire and smoke in the event of a fire. Fire resistance class up to EI 120 provides protection at the level required in many buildings and installations.

Ease of application and wide range of uses

Flame Cabel Pasta I is a ready-to-use product – it does not require mixing or adding water. It can be easily applied with a spatula or brush, which significantly speeds up the work of installers. One product works in many situations, which translates into saving time and costs. The paste efficiency is high – consumption per square meter with a thickness of 1 mm is approximately 1.89 kg. This makes it an economical solution compared to other fire protection methods.

The paste is characterized by environmental class Z2 and graphite gray color, which facilitates its integration with the environment. It is compatible with various building materials, such as concrete, brick, aerated concrete or gypsum plasterboard. Additionally, it has a fire reaction of B-s2, d0, which confirms its properties limiting the spread of flames.
