Concrete screw with double internal thread

The BTS H 6×35 screw with M8/M10 internal thread is a solution designed for repeated installation in concrete – both pre‑drilled and non‑pre‑drilled – in non‑structural applications. It allows direct fastening of threaded rods, clamps or mounting rails without the need for nuts, shortening installation time and reducing the number of components.

The main construction, made of steel, is produced using a technology that ensures durability under cyclic loads. The internal thread M8/M10 (L = 9 + 9 mm) provides flexible adaptation to various rod diameters – simply select the appropriate bit and screw it directly into the screw. The H‑type head with a hex socket (SW13) and an integrated washer offers stability during tightening, even when using an impact tool.

Installation is carried out in two steps: drill a Ø6 mm hole to a depth of 40 mm, then screw in the fastener with the same tool – thanks to the adapter and socket wrench, tool changes are unnecessary. The small embedment depth (35 mm) reduces the risk of striking reinforcement bars, which is critical when working on existing structures.

The zinc‑aluminum coating (Zn‑Al flakes) provides corrosion resistance exceeding 480 hours in salt‑spray tests – especially important for installations in humid environments, e.g., fire‑extinguishing systems or ventilation. The product has European ETA approval and a CNBOP certificate, confirming its safety and compliance with standards for concrete C20/25 and higher.

Approved for use in concrete, dense natural stone, and prefabricated channel plates. The screw can be unscrewed and reinstalled – ideal for situations requiring flexibility or adjustments.
