Self‑closing pipe clamp for copper and plastic tubes

The Abranyl® AN 22–25 mm clamp closes automatically after the pipe is inserted – no additional tightening required, which shortens installation time and reduces the risk of error. One clamp covers two diameters: 22 mm (copper) and 25 mm (plastic), eliminating the need to carry several sizes on site.

Made of black, halogen‑free Abranyl® nylon, UV‑resistant – suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, even under direct sunlight. It does not emit halogens when heated, which is important for confined spaces.

Universal compatibility and mounting stability

It can be mounted in many ways:

• on an M6 threaded rod – ideal for steel or concrete structures
• using an NP quick‑install dowel 5×35 – fast, vibration‑free fixing
• with an FX nylon plug 6 – safe attachment to wood or light substrates
• with a screw 4.5×35/45 – flexible securing where higher clamping force is needed
• to profiles E2000PB, E2000PG and 1000PVC – compatible with CELO systems, allowing integration with existing installations

The clamp “embraces” the pipe flexibly, absorbing its thermal expansion – it does not press on the surface, causing no damage or noise during temperature changes. Approved by KIWA for use with hot water up to 90 °C, making it suitable for both heating systems and domestic hot water.
