Quick and safe installation in hard substrates

Quick‑install anchor 6×35 mm with flange is a component designed for fastening to concrete, solid brick and natural stone. Made of high‑quality halogen‑free nylon, it provides resistance to contact corrosion – especially useful when installing metal parts such as electrical clamps, strips or frames.

Pre‑assembled construction combines the anchor with a Phillips‑head screw, allowing both rapid insertion and later removal – e.g., when disassembly or adjustment is required. A special barrier inside the anchor prevents premature expansion during insertion, and a raised ring protects the screw head from damage.

How it works?

The flat flange with a 9 mm diameter distributes the load over the surface, reducing the risk of substrate cracking. Internal plastic fins wedge in the hole – preventing the anchor from rotating while being screwed in and providing stable anchoring even in thin‑walled materials. The 35 mm anchor length requires a hole with a minimum depth of 45 mm, ensuring full expansion and maximum holding force.
