Compact flow heater – hot water on demand
This electronically controlled CDX7-U flow heater is the ideal solution for providing hot water under the sink, washbasin or double washbasin. Its compact dimensions and lack of controls make it extremely convenient to use and easy to install. The device automatically adjusts the power consumption to the flow rate and inlet water temperature, which translates to energy savings.
Comfort of use and easy installation
The CDX7-U heater is primarily distinguished by its ease of use. The water temperature is factory set to 50°C, and its adjustment is done by mixing cold water in the fixture – as in traditional systems. Installation is extremely simplified thanks to the small size of the device and external water connections of ⅜ inch, which allow installation in both pressurized and non-pressurized systems. The set includes a tee and a flexible pressure hose for the angle valve, which further facilitates installation. The ability to connect to an electric cooker socket is another advantage that saves space and simplifies electrical installation.
Technology and efficiency
Electronic control ensures precise adjustment of the heating power to current needs, which minimizes energy consumption. The heater is adapted to work with water with a specific resistivity of at least 1000 Ωcm, which guarantees its reliability and long life. Energy efficiency class A confirms its high performance. The device has a protection class of IP24, which means resistance to splashing water. The rated power of 6.9 kW at 400 V ensures rapid water heating, and the maximum flow rate is 4 l/min.
