Construction and application

This adapter connects a pipe with an outer diameter of 22 mm to a 3/4 inch female thread (GW). Its simple construction and 180-degree bend angle make it ideal for creating connections in a straight line or at an angle. It uses a crimp sleeve and crimp ring system, ensuring quick and safe installation without the need for welding or soldering. The movable nut allows for easy adaptation to different types of valves.

Materials and quality

The adapter is made of bronze CuSn5Zn5Pb2-C (CC499K-DW) according to PN EN 1982, which demonstrates its high quality and durability. This bronze is characterized by good corrosion resistance and high pressure resistance. Conex B PRESS fittings are made of Cu-DHP copper with a purity of 99.99% deoxidized with phosphorus, in accordance with PN EN 1254 – this guarantees the reliability and longevity of the installation. Production takes place in both Spain and Poland.
