Brass compression elbow

This elbow from the STANDARD series by CONEx is designed for connecting pipes with diameters of 22 mm and 3/4 inch. Made of brass, it provides a durable and leak-proof connection in various installations. The elbow's design allows for easy assembly and disassembly, which is particularly important during servicing or modification of the installation.

Construction and application

The elbow has a ring connection on one side (diameter 22 mm) and an internal gas cylindrical BSPP-G thread (3/4 inch) on the other. This arrangement allows for connecting copper, stainless steel pipes, and components with external threads. The 90-degree bend angle allows for changing the direction of the installation in a compact and aesthetic way.

Conex fittings are made of brass CW617N or DZR (dezincification resistant), in accordance with PN EN 12165. They can be used in water, central heating, air conditioning, oil, and compressed air installations. The unique nut with protrusions ensures a secure crimping of the brass ring, guaranteeing a leak-proof connection. The elbow is marked with the Conex symbol and dimension for easy identification.
