Straight connector for pipe connections

This straight connector from Conex is a reliable solution for connecting pipes in water, heating, air conditioning, and compressed air and oil installations. Made of brass, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. Its design allows for easy and leakproof connection of pipe elements.

Construction and application

The connector is characterized by a clamping ring connection on one side and a BSPT-R (tapered) external thread on the other. This makes it compatible with various types of pipes - copper (compliant with PN EN 1057) and stainless steel (compliant with PN EN 10312). The arc angle of 180 degrees allows for a simple extension of the pipeline. The nominal diameter of the connection is 28 mm for both connection pipe 1 and 2.

It is used wherever a solid and durable connection of two pipe sections of the same diameter is needed. The unique nut with protrusions facilitates tightening the brass ring, guaranteeing a leakproof connection. The material of construction – brass CW617N or DZR resistant to dezincification (compliant with PN EN 12165) – ensures longevity and reliability in harsh operating conditions.
