This automatic balancing valve ASV-PV with capillary tube, with a nominal diameter of 50 mm, is a key element in ensuring the optimal functioning of heating and air conditioning systems. Its task is to maintain a constant differential pressure, which translates into an even distribution of heat or cold throughout the building. This valve is particularly useful in installations where there are variable hydraulic loads, such as adding or removing radiators.

Construction and principle of operation

The ASV-PV valve utilizes the principle of operation of a pressure-controlled diaphragm. The impulse tube, an integral part of the construction, connects the valve to the pressure measurement point in the installation. Thanks to this, the valve automatically regulates the flow of medium, compensating for pressure changes and maintaining the set value. The housing made of cast iron ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The possibility of manual pre-setting in the range of 0.35-0.75 bar allows for precise adjustment of the valve to the specific operating conditions of the installation.
