This fourth-generation ASV-PV automatic balancing valve is a key element for hydraulic balancing in two-pipe heating systems. Its function is to maintain a stable differential pressure in the circuits, eliminating problems with uneven heat distribution, noise, and excessive energy consumption. This valve, with a nominal diameter of DN25, is ideal for use in systems with variable flow, ensuring optimal performance at both full and partial load.
Design and operating principle
The ASV-PV valve combines a differential pressure regulator (mounted on the return pipe) with a cooperating valve (mounted on the supply pipe), connected by an impulse tube. This design enables precise control of the differential pressure on the radiator riser. The integrated membrane ensures optimal performance even at low flow rates and high sensitivity to pressure changes. The valve body is made of composite material and the spring is located outside the working medium, increasing its durability and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the ability to flush the installation before starting the valve increases the reliability of the entire system.
