The XB 06L-1 brazed plate heat exchanger with a capacity of 12 kW is a component designed for efficient heat exchange in heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems. The construction based on brazed copper plates ensures high efficiency and durability, and the compact dimensions facilitate installation even in limited spaces. The device is characterized by high resistance to pressure – up to 25 bar – and temperature up to 180°C, making it an ideal solution for various industrial and domestic applications.
Construction and operating parameters
The XB 06L-1 heat exchanger consists of 10 copper-brazed plates, which provides a large heat exchange surface with relatively small dimensions. ¾ inch (20) threaded connections on the primary and secondary side allow easy connection to existing installations. The flow rate of the primary and secondary circuit is 150 m³/h, which guarantees efficient heat distribution. The use of stainless steel as a construction material ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Additionally, the heat exchanger is fully sealed and has an insulating coating, minimizing heat loss and ensuring energy-saving operation. Side connection possibility increases installation flexibility.
