Ball valve JIP with flanged ends, PN16, DN100 065N3608
Ball valve JIP is a solid solution for heating installations and domestic hot water systems, but it will also work in refrigeration installations. Made of steel with a ball and stem seal made of Teflon (PTFE) enriched with carbon, it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 16 bar and a temperature of up to 180°C.
The valve has flanged connections with a nominal diameter of DN100, making it an ideal choice for installations with higher flow rates. The one-piece body construction increases its strength and reliability. The handle allows for simple and intuitive operation – the valve acts as an ON/OFF element, i.e. open/closed. Additionally, the use of Teflon (PTFE) as the stem sealing material minimizes the risk of leaks and ensures smooth operation.
Quality control and efficiency
Each JIP valve undergoes rigorous final tests, including leak tests, body tests, and dimensional and functional checks, in accordance with EN 12266 part 1 P10-P11-P12 and part 2 F20 standards. This guarantees high product quality and reliability. JIP valves also stand out with a high KV coefficient, which translates to lower energy costs required to operate the pump – this is a saving for the end user. The use of materials such as stainless steel for the stem and ball further increases resistance to corrosion and extends the valve's lifespan.
