This TVM-W thermostatic mixing valve is a reliable solution for regulating domestic hot water temperature, ensuring comfort and safety at every draw-off point. It is ideal for both domestic and public utility installations, such as hospitals or hotels, where maintaining a stable and safe water temperature is crucial. This valve effectively protects against scalding, particularly important in places with a risk of Legionella bacteria.

The TVM-W valve is characterized by a fast response to changing conditions, which translates into precise regulation of the mixed water temperature. Its solid construction guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Additionally, built-in check valves prevent backflow, increasing the safety of the installation. Thanks to this solution, a higher temperature hot water source can be used efficiently, increasing its performance and reducing the risk of bacteria developing in the tank.

The valve is available in two nominal diameters – DN20 and DN25 (model 003Z3146 has a DN25 diameter) and has an external thread facilitating installation. Its versatility allows it to be used in various configurations of domestic hot water installations. The ability to lock the temperature setting provides additional safety and prevents accidental changes to the settings. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar, and the maximum hot water temperature is 90°C (without check valves). The Kvs value for the DN25 model is 3.3, which ensures adequate water flow with minimal pressure drop.

The valve is made of high-quality materials – the DZR brass body with an anti-scale coating guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The thermostatic element and spring are made of stainless steel, ensuring reliable operation for a long time. EPDM seals provide tightness and resistance to high temperatures.
