Regulating valve, 2-way VM2, KVS=2.5 stroke 5 065B2015
Two-way regulating valve VM2 is a reliable solution for precise flow control in heating, central heating and domestic hot water systems. Hydraulically relieved construction ensures long and trouble-free operation even in difficult operating conditions. The valve is also used in ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Characteristics and application
The VM2 valve, made of bronze (Rg 5), is characterized by high corrosion resistance and durability. It is designed to work with electric actuators, enabling automatic temperature regulation in the system. Its versatility makes it ideal for both new installations and modernization of existing ones. The Kvs value of 2.5 m³/h guarantees an adequate flow of heating medium, and the 5 mm stroke allows for precise adjustment to specific application needs.
Construction and operating parameters
The valve has metric external threads on both side 1 and 2 (G), which facilitates installation and integration with other installation elements. The pressure class PN 25 ensures safe operation at a maximum working pressure of 25 bar. Low leakage (0.05% in relation to the Kvs value) minimizes energy losses and ensures system stability. The control coefficient (Svo) of 2% allows for accurate setting of the desired flow. The material used for the housing - bronze - ensures durability and resistance to external factors. The maximum permissible medium temperature is 150°C, and the minimum is 2°C.
- Durability and reliability: Construction of bronze Rg 5 guarantees corrosion resistance and long service life.
- Precise regulation: Kvs value of 2.5 and a stroke of 5 mm allow for accurate adjustment of the flow to the needs of the installation.
- Versatility: Can be used in heating, DHW, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Easy installation: Metric external threads (G) facilitate integration with other installation elements.
- Safety: Pressure class PN 25 ensures safe operation at high working pressures.
- Low leakage: Minimizes energy losses and stabilizes system operation.
- Resistance to chemical factors: Bronze construction is resistant to the action of many heating media, including those containing glycol (up to 30%).
