The Modulens G AGC 35 condensing boiler is an advanced heating solution combining high efficiency, reliability and ease of use. Its freestanding design makes it perfect for any boiler room, while its advanced technologies ensure optimal fuel consumption and minimal emissions. The boiler is factory-prepared for operation with H natural gas, with the possibility of adaptation to Lw/Ls natural gas or propane.

Condensation technology and construction durability

At the heart of the boiler is a heat exchanger made of aluminum-silicon alloy, characterized by exceptional resistance to corrosion and scale formation. The manufacturer provides a 7-year warranty on this key component, demonstrating its high quality and durability. The stainless steel gas burner with complete pre-mixing modulates power in the range of 22 to 100%, adapting to the current thermal needs of the building. This translates into even greater savings and user comfort.

Intelligent control and wide connection possibilities

The boiler is equipped with a control console with programmable DIEMATIC iSystem weather compensation, which optimizes the operation of the heating system depending on weather conditions. This system also allows integration with solar installations, allowing for further reduction of operating costs. In addition, the boiler can be connected to various flue gas exhaust systems – chimney (B23p and C93), bi-flux adapter (C53) or 3CE pipe (C43), providing great flexibility during installation. The rated power of the boiler at temperatures of 50/30°C is 35.9 kW, making it a suitable solution for both single-family homes and larger facilities. As standard, the boiler has a CH pump, safety valve and expansion vessel (except for the AGC 35 model).
