Air source heat pump monoblock – efficient heating, cooling and DHW.

This monoblock heat pump is a versatile solution for heating, cooling and domestic hot water preparation. Designed for both commercial and residential applications, it offers reliability and energy efficiency. The unit uses R32 refrigerant with a low GWP (Global Warming Potential), making it more environmentally friendly than traditional solutions.

Wide operating range and high efficiency

The heat pump features a wide operating range, effectively working in outdoor temperatures from -20°C to 40°C in heating mode. The maximum water temperature on the supply side is 60°C, allowing for comfortable heating even in harsh weather conditions. The scroll inverter compressor provides power modulation in the range of 13% to 100%, adapting the performance to the current demand for heat or cooling. This ensures the device operates optimally, minimizing energy consumption. The SCOP coefficient of up to 4.83 (at rated power and temperatures of +7°C/+35°C) confirms the high energy efficiency of the heat pump.

User comfort and easy integration

The unit is standardly equipped with a manual air vent, a heating circuit safety valve (6 bar), a circulation pump and a flow sensor (in models 033 and 040). Low noise level – sound power below 65 dB(A) and sound pressure at a distance of 5 m of 43 dB(A) – ensures user comfort. The heat pump can work with a boiler or a cascade of boilers, and can also be connected in a cascade with other MMTC R32 pumps, increasing the flexibility of the heating system. ModBus communication enables integration with BMS (Building Management System). Device control is possible using DiemaControl Hybrid and DiemaControl controllers, and optionally a VM Diematic Evolution controller can be added to control a larger number of circuits or use an analog 0-10V signal.

The device has been designed with durability and efficiency in mind, and its production takes place entirely in Europe. The ability to operate in a cascade (up to 8 units) makes it an ideal solution for larger facilities, such as multi-family buildings or commercial properties.
