Air source heat pump – efficient heating and cooling

The Alezio AWHP 16 TR-3 air-to-water heat pump is a complete heating solution, ideal for both new installations and the modernization of existing systems. The device uses energy from the environment to efficiently heat and cool the building, offering thermal comfort all year round. This model operates in a split system, meaning the outdoor unit (collecting heat from the air) is separated from the indoor unit (transferring heat to the installation).

Technology and performance

Designed with energy saving in mind, the Alezio AWHP 16 TR-3 heat pump utilizes innovative DC Inverter technology, which allows for modulation of the compressor power and adaptation to the current thermal needs of the building. This ensures the device operates quietly and efficiently, minimizing energy consumption. The heating power of the device at a temperature of 7/35°C is 14.65 kW, which provides comfortable heating even in difficult weather conditions. The heat pump is adapted to operate in outdoor temperatures down to -20°C. Additionally, the cooling function allows you to lower the temperature inside the building during hot days – particularly useful in combination with underfloor heating.

Construction and application

The Alezio AWHP 16 TR-3 heat pump is powered by 400 V and uses R410A refrigerant. The set includes both an outdoor unit with an efficient evaporator and axial fans, and an MIV-3/H indoor unit, which hydraulically supports the heating system by cooperating with a boiler or an integrated electric heater. The MIV-3/H module is equipped with a plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel, a central heating circulating pump, an expansion vessel, and an intuitive control panel with weather compensation. The device works perfectly in underfloor heating systems and air conditioning (in combination with fan coil units).

The installation of the heat pump should be carried out by a person with appropriate UDT certificates or an authorized installer.
