The Modulens G AGC 35 / B 220 SHL condensing boiler is an advanced heating solution combining high energy efficiency with user comfort. The unit comes complete with an enameled, stratified domestic hot water tank High Load, equipped with a plate heat exchanger and a charging pump. This is an ideal solution for both new installations and modernization of existing heating systems. The boiler is adapted to operate with H natural gas, and can also be adapted to Lw/Ls natural gas.

Design and functionality

The boiler is distinguished by its modular design, which facilitates its installation and servicing. The ability to place the DHW heater on the right or left side of the boiler allows you to adapt the device to the specifics of the room. It is equipped with adjustable feet for stable mounting and a range of safety features, including an anti-corrosion Titan Active System (non-consumable anode). Additionally, the boiler has a coil for connecting a solar installation, allowing integration with renewable energy sources and reducing operating costs. The set includes boiler-tank connection cables and a DHW sensor, simplifying the installation process.
