This package is a comprehensive heating solution combining high energy efficiency, user comfort and advanced technologies. It consists of a De Dietrich MCR3 evo 24T condensing gas boiler and an Aquavie 125 hot water tank, all controlled by a SMART TC regulator. It is an ideal solution for both new investments and modernization of existing heating systems.

Efficiency and savings

The MCR3 evo boiler utilizes condensation technology, allowing for the recovery of heat from flue gases and achieving high efficiency – up to 110.5% at partial load. The compact heat exchanger made of an aluminum-silicon alloy is exceptionally resistant to scale formation and is covered by an 8-year warranty. The modulating burner in the range of 24 to 100% power provides precise adjustment to the current thermal needs of the building, which translates into real savings. Additionally, the modulating pump of class A minimizes electricity consumption.

User comfort and versatility

The Aquavie tank with a capacity of 125 liters provides a constant access to domestic hot water. The boiler is adapted to work with both natural gas and propane (without additional kits). The possibility of connecting to various flue gas systems – chimney, flue gas duct or collective system – provides great installation freedom.

Intelligent control with SMART TC

The SMART TC regulator enables remote control of the installation via a smartphone or tablet thanks to the Wi-Fi connection. The ability to program heating schedules and hot water preparation allows for optimizing energy consumption and adapting the system operation to the individual needs of household members. The regulator has a readable LCD display and an intuitive menu, as well as energy consumption indicators for DHW and heating. Additionally, it provides remote access for the installer in case of service or configuration.

Installation flexibility

The boiler offers a wide range of possibilities for connecting flue gas ducts (C10, C13 and C33 approvals) and chimneys (B23p and C93 approvals). Integration with distributed (C53) or collective (C43) flue gas systems is also possible. The compact dimensions of the device facilitate installation even in limited spaces.
