Air-to-water heat pump – efficient heating and cooling
The HPI Evolution 27 TR-2 split air-to-water heat pump is an advanced heating and cooling solution, ideal for both new and modernized installations. The device combines high efficiency, energy saving and the ability to operate in a wide range of outdoor temperatures. Thanks to Inverter technology, it provides stable operation and optimal energy consumption. It is a complete system consisting of an outdoor unit and a MIT-IN-2/E indoor module, ready to be integrated with an existing heating installation.
Construction and application
The HPI Evolution 27 TR-2 heat pump uses energy stored in the air to heat or cool the building. Thanks to the use of R410A refrigerant and a modulating Twin Rotary and Scroll compressor (DC Inverter technology), it achieves high efficiency even at low outdoor temperatures – down to -20°C. The ability to operate in reversible mode allows the device to be used for both heating and cooling – it is ideal for underfloor heating systems, and with additional equipment also with fan coil units. Three-phase power supply (400 V) ensures stable operation and energy efficiency.
Advantages and benefits
- High heating power: 24.4 kW allows for efficient heating of even larger areas.
- Energy saving: Inverter technology and the energy-efficient pump circuit translate into lower energy bills.
- Wide operating temperature range: The device operates efficiently even at very low outdoor temperatures (down to -20°C).
- Cooling function: The ability to switch to cooling mode ensures thermal comfort in summer.
- Integrated hybrid function: Allows connection with other heat sources, increasing the efficiency of the heating system.
- Inrush current limiter: Inverter technology minimizes the load on the electrical network during device start-up.
- Internal hydraulic module: Equipped with a plate heat exchanger made of stainless steel, a central heating circulation pump, an expansion vessel and safety valves.
- Intelligent control: The DIEMATIC i-System control panel allows programming of the device operation and communication with the outdoor unit.
Construction and installation
The heat pump consists of two main elements: an outdoor unit (containing the compressor, evaporator and fans) and an indoor module (containing the condenser, hydraulic distributor and circulation pump). Installation requires connection to the electrical installation (400 V) and hydraulic installation (heating/cooling). Due to the content of R410A refrigerant, the installation of the device must be carried out by a certified installer with appropriate authorization (f-gas law). Two types of indoor modules are available: MIT-IN-2/E (with an electric heater) and MIT-IN-2/H (for cooperation with a boiler).
Remember to submit a declaration of possession of an F-gas certificate or an agreement with a certified installer before purchasing the device!
