Safety helmet – comfort and safety in one

This ABS safety helmet combines modern design and functionality. The baseball cap shape provides not only comfort but also improved vertical visibility, which is especially important on construction sites or in industry. The helmet is designed for versatility – it can be worn traditionally or with the brim to the back, adapting it to individual preferences and working conditions.

Construction and features

The helmet is made of durable ABS material, guaranteeing effective head protection against impacts. The polyamide harness, equipped with 3 textile straps and 8 attachment points, ensures stable and secure helmet retention, evenly distributing forces during a potential impact. The interior of the helmet is lined with a soft sponge sweatband, which increases comfort even during prolonged use. The innovative harness with a "colour to colour" button allows for easy adjustment. The head circumference adjustment range from 53 to 63 cm allows for a perfect fit for different head sizes. Additionally, the helmet has adjustable headband positioning (up/down), which further increases comfort.

Safety and compliance with standards

This helmet not only protects against mechanical impacts but also provides electrical insulation up to 1000 VAC or 1500 VDC – this is crucial for people working near electrical installations. It meets the standards EN 397 and EN 50365 (class 0), confirming its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. The white color and silver reflective strip increase user visibility in difficult lighting conditions, improving work safety. The helmet has slots for mounting ear muffs and face shields, allowing it to be adapted to the specific requirements of a given workstation.
