This fire-resistant and anti-static coverall from Delta Plus provides reliable protection for professionals working in environments at risk of fire, electrostatic discharge or the presence of gases. Made of durable cotton twill with the addition of anti-static fibers, it provides comfort and safety while performing tasks. The coverall is ideal for electricians, welders, workers in the chemical and petrochemical industries, and anywhere where protection from external factors is required.

Construction and functionality

The coverall has a stand-up collar fastened with concealed snaps, which provides additional neck protection. A zipper under a flap with snaps ensures a solid and secure closure. Elastic at the back and waist on both sides, as well as a gusset at the back, guarantee freedom of movement and a fit to the figure. Adjustable cuffs with snaps allow for a perfect fit to the wrists. Five practical pockets, including one internal pocket, allow you to store essential tools and accessories. Two holders for gas detectors increase safety in areas at risk of harmful gases.

Material and standards

The coverall is made of cotton twill with a weight of 320 g/m², consisting of 99% cotton and 1% anti-static fibers. This composition combines the comfort of breathable cotton with anti-static properties, minimizing the risk of sparking. The product meets a number of safety standards:

• EN ISO 11611: Class 1 A1+A2 – protection against heat and flame.
• EN ISO 11612: A1 A2 B1 C1 E3 F1 – protection against thermal hazards.
• EN14404: Type 2 Level 0 – protection against splashes of liquid chemicals.
• EN61482-2: ELIM = 5.4 cal/cm² APC 1 – protection against electric arc.

Thanks to meeting these standards, the coverall provides a high level of protection in various working conditions. The material has been laboratory tested for durability and retains its protective properties even after 50 washes at 60°C.
