This disposable hooded suit from Delta Plus provides reliable protection for professionals and individuals working in conditions requiring protection against dust, chemicals and fire hazards. Made from high-quality SMMS Deltatek® 6000 nonwoven fabric, it provides comfort and freedom of movement while meeting stringent safety standards. It is an ideal solution for a wide range of applications – from construction and renovation work, through the chemical industry, to decontamination work.

Construction and features

The suit is designed with practicality and ease of use in mind. A three-piece hood trimmed with elastic ensures a good fit and head protection, and elasticated cuffs around the wrists, ankles and waist minimize the ingress of dust and liquids into the suit. A zipper secured with a flap further increases the level of protection. Vacuum individual packaging guarantees sterility and facilitates storage.

It is worth noting the material – DELTATEK® 6000 nonwoven fabric (100% SMMS with a weight of 60 g/m²) is a combination of polypropylene strength and the filtering properties of layers of melt-blown polypropylene. This construction provides an effective protective barrier against harmful substances.

Application and compliance with standards

The DT223 suit meets the requirements of EN ISO 13982-1 (Type 5 – protection against solid particles) and EN13034 (Type 6 – limited protection against liquids) standards. In addition, it has flame-retardant properties, making it suitable for work in places with an increased risk of ignition. It will be useful in:
