Construction and materials – a guarantee of durability

The upper made of high-quality, waterproof full-grain leather, reinforced at the front and back, provides resistance to mechanical damage and moisture. The polyamide lining effectively absorbs moisture, keeping feet dry and comfortable throughout the working day. A replaceable polyester insole on EVA foam offers additional support and cushioning. The cemented sole, combining a PU insert (with the Panoshock® energy absorption system) and a nitrile rubber abrasion layer, guarantees excellent grip and abrasion resistance. The footwear is non-magnetic – it does not contain metal elements, which is important in many working environments.

Safety first – certificates and standards

TW402 boots meet the stringent safety standards of EN ISO 20345:2011, confirming their high quality and effectiveness of protection. Class S3 means protection against mechanical hazards (impacts, punctures), water, and has a composite toe cap protecting the toes. In addition, the SRC marking guarantees excellent slip resistance on both dry and wet surfaces. The composite toe cap is lightweight and does not conduct heat or cold – which translates to thermal comfort even in extreme conditions. The anti-puncture insole made of composite provides flexibility and protection against puncture of the sole by sharp objects. The Panoshock® system reduces the load on the feet during walking and standing.
