Construction and protection

The Delta Plus IRON S5 SRC footwear is characterized by a solid construction. The PVC upper is resistant to mechanical damage and external factors. The internal polyester lining ensures wearing comfort, and the steel toe cap protects the toes from impacts. Additional puncture protection, thanks to the steel insole, minimizes the risk of foot injury. Ankle protection is another element increasing safety during work.

The use of a PVC-Nitrile sole guarantees good grip even on slippery surfaces, as well as resistance to oils and greases. The rear loop makes it easy to put on and take off the footwear, which is especially important during long-term work. Protections at the front and back further strengthen the construction and protect the foot from potential hazards.

Comfort and standards

The textured upper makes it easy to grip when putting on the footwear. The reinforced flex line allows for free movement while providing adequate foot support. The footwear meets the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 (S5) and EN ISO 20344:2011 (SRC), which confirms its high level of safety and quality of workmanship. Class S5 means protection against mechanical hazards, including impacts, punctures and slipping on wet and dry surfaces (SRC).
