Construction and materials

The upper made of suede split leather (calfskin) has been treated with S3 waterproofing, ensuring resistance to water penetration. Additional reinforcement with rubber in the front of the upper protects against mechanical damage. The interior of the boots is lined with non-woven fabric and polyester mesh fabric, providing good air circulation and thermal comfort. The insole is replaceable, pre-formed and made of polyester on EVA foam – this guarantees fit and cushioning. The sole is welded to an insert made of Phylon (EVA), and the abrasion-resistant layer is made of rubber and nitrile, providing excellent grip and abrasion resistance. The footwear is non-magnetic, which is important in some working environments.

Functionality and protection

The rubber and nitrile sole offers not only good grip but also resistance to contact heat up to 300°C for 1 minute (HRO). The welded construction of the sole with a Phylon (EVA) insert provides lightness and comfort. Padded collar and tongue reduce pressure points during walking, and reinforced toe protection and heel reinforcement increase safety. The anti-slip insole inside the shoe provides foot stability, and the replaceable EVA insole guarantees ergonomics and comfort during movement.
