These solid lace-up boots, made of dyed full-grain leather, are an ideal choice for professionals working in demanding conditions, especially during welding. The design combines durability, protection and comfort, meeting the safety standards EN ISO 20349-2:2017 – a standard dedicated to footwear for welders.

Durable construction and high-quality materials

The upper made of high-quality dyed full-grain leather provides S3 waterproofing and resistance to mechanical damage. The polyester-lined interior guarantees comfort even during prolonged wear. The replaceable, pre-shaped insole made of polyamide on EVA adapts to the shape of the foot, providing additional support and cushioning. The PU/nitrile rubber injected sole is characterized by high abrasion resistance, contact heat (HRO up to 300°C) and excellent grip on various surfaces. Additional reinforcement is provided by a steel anti-puncture insole and a steel toe cap.

Safety and functionality for welders

COBRA4 boots are designed with the specific hazards encountered during welding work in mind. Seams made of para-aramid thread increase resistance to high temperatures and sparks. The protective flap fastened with Velcro provides quick access and convenience. Two elastic bands inside the boot improve arch support, and integrated bending zones increase flexibility in the midfoot area, making it easier to work in various positions. Guaranteed thermal insulation of the foot (HI) ensures thermal comfort even in extreme conditions.

The boots meet the EN ISO 20345 S3 HRO HI WRU FO A E SRC standard, which confirms a high level of safety and protection. They provide antistatic properties minimizing the risk of electrostatic discharge, are characterized by slip resistance ensuring stability on slippery surfaces, and protect against impacts and punctures, protecting feet from mechanical injuries. The sole is resistant to contact heat, allowing safe work near high-temperature sources, and the removable insole facilitates hygiene and comfort.
