Welding boots – protection and comfort during work

These robust welding boots from Delta Plus, made of split leather, guarantee safety and comfort in demanding working conditions. Designed for welders, they provide protection against thermal hazards, sparks and mechanical damage. They are an ideal choice for professionals working in mining, construction, energy or automotive industries.

Construction and features

The upper is made of dyed split leather with S3 water resistance, ensuring durability and moisture resistance. The inner lining made of polyester increases comfort, and the replaceable polyamide insole on EVA provides cushioning and foot support. The injected PU/nitrile rubber sole is characterized by high abrasion resistance, contact heat (HRO 300°C) and provides optimal grip on various surfaces. Additional reinforcement is provided by a protective flap fastened with Velcro, allowing for quick and convenient putting on and taking off of shoes. Seams made of para-aramid thread increase the strength of the structure.

Safety and standards

The boots meet the EN ISO 20349-2:2017 (WG - welding) standard, confirming their special purpose for welding work. They provide protection against antistatic, slip resistance, heat, impact and puncture. Thanks to the materials and construction used, these boots minimize the risk of injury and provide safe working conditions. Additionally, integrated bending zones increase the flexibility of the shoe at the instep, making it easier to work in different positions. Two elastic bands inside the shoe improve arch support.
