Isothermal inserts made of polyester and cotton Grey 44/45 CHAUSSO04
Thermal comfort and stabilization in work footwear
Isothermal inserts are a practical solution for people working in cold conditions where thermal comfort is crucial. Made from a combination of polyester and cotton, they provide adequate insulation while allowing feet to breathe. They are particularly useful in work footwear, but also work well in everyday use during colder days.
Construction and materials
The insert combines three layers of materials to ensure optimal properties:
- Outer layer: jersey (50% polyester, 50% cotton) – provides durability and wearing comfort. The combination of these materials guarantees abrasion resistance and flexibility.
- Interlayer: 100% polyester foam – is responsible for thermal insulation and cushioning.
- Interior: non-woven fabric (50% polyester, 50% viscose) – increases comfort and absorbs moisture.
Additional reinforcements in the form of four seams and intersection points ensure the durability of the insert even during intensive use. An elastic band supporting the ankle (22 mm wide) stabilizes the foot in the shoe, minimizing the risk of abrasions and discomfort.
Application and benefits
Isothermal inserts are widely used primarily in:
- Winter and insulating work footwear – provide thermal comfort when working outdoors in low temperatures.
- Everyday footwear – improve the comfort of wearing shoes on colder days.
Thanks to the use of high-quality materials and a solid construction, these inserts are durable and resistant to wear. They provide not only warmth but also foot stabilization, which translates into greater safety and comfort during work or daily activities.
