High-top insulated safety shoes – solid protection in cold conditions

These high-top, insulated work shoes are a proposal for people working in demanding conditions where protection and thermal comfort are important. Made of durable PVC, with a fur lining and insulating insole, they provide effective protection against cold, moisture and mechanical hazards. This model replaces the previous Ecrins model, offering similar functionality in a modern edition.

Construction and protective properties

The upper made of PVC guarantees resistance to damage and external factors. A steel toe cap and a stainless steel anti-puncture insole protect the feet from injuries caused by impacts or piercing sharp objects. The PVC-Nitrile sole provides good grip even on slippery surfaces, minimizing the risk of slipping. Additionally, the footwear has antistatic properties.

The footwear meets the standards EN ISO 20345:2011 (safety footwear, class S5 CI SRC), which confirms its compliance with European safety standards. Class S5 means the highest level of protection – resistance to impact, puncture, slipping, and cold and moisture. The CI designation (Cold Insulation) indicates insulation against the cold, and SRC (Slip Resistance) guarantees high resistance to slipping on various surfaces.

Comfort and practical solutions

The interior of the footwear is finished with thick polyester fur, and an additional insulating insole provides thermal comfort even during long-term work in low temperatures. Handles for putting on and taking off make it quick and easy to put on and take off the footwear, which is especially important during intensive work. This model is available in sizes from 39 to 46, allowing it to be adapted to the individual needs of the user. The weight of a single shoe (size 42) is approximately 1200 grams – a compromise between durability and wearing comfort.
