Professional hand protection during welding – TIG15K gloves

TIG15K welding gloves are a reliable choice for welders seeking precision and protection during TIG welding. Made from high-quality goat grain leather, they provide excellent dexterity and feel, essential for demanding tasks. A long cow split leather cuff additionally protects the wrist from sparks and high temperatures.

These gloves combine flexibility and durability, making them ideal for both industrial and workshop applications. Sewn with strong Kevlar® Technology threads, they guarantee tear resistance and long-lasting use. Leather thickness ranging from 0.8 to 1 mm provides adequate protection without sacrificing precision.

Construction and user features

  • Material: Made of full goat grain leather – guarantees flexibility and feel during work.
  • Cuff: Long cuff (15 cm) made of cow split leather – provides additional protection against heat and sparks.
  • Seams: Durable seams made with Kevlar® Technology threads – increased resistance to mechanical damage.
  • Length: Total glove length is 35 cm – comprehensive protection of the hand and forearm.
  • Leather thickness: 0.8 - 1 mm – optimal combination of protection and precision.
  • Cut: American cut – fit to the hand ensuring comfort during work.

Application and standards

TIG15K gloves are specifically designed for TIG welding, but are also suitable for other tasks requiring protection against heat and sparks, such as renovation, construction or maintenance work. They meet the following standards:

  • EN 388:2016+A1:2018: Protection against mechanical hazards (resistance to abrasion, cut, tear, puncture).
  • EN 407: Protection against thermal hazards (resistance to contact heat, flames, radiant heat).
  • EN 12477 Type B: Special standard for welding gloves.

These gloves are recommended for workers in construction, renovation, automotive and energy industries. They provide safety and comfort during demanding welding work. Additionally, they are characterized by high resistance to contact heat (up to 100°C for 15 seconds) thanks to the use of HEATnocut fiber.
