Application and characteristics

DEVIsnow 30T is a cable with a power of 30 W/m, which translates to effective heating over a length of 125 meters with a total power of 3680W. The cable diameter is 7 mm, which facilitates its installation and concealment in the structure. Designed for 230V power supply, it is compatible with most standard electrical installations. This cable is particularly recommended for:

• Anti-icing installations of gutters and downspouts – prevents the formation of icicles and damage caused by freezing water.
• Roof heating – eliminates the risk of icing and leaks.
• Ground heating – protects against freezing plant roots and damage to foundations.
• Securing sidewalks and driveways – ensures safe passage during the winter.

Construction and parameters for professionals

The DEVIsnow 30T cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-term operation. Resistance to deformation exceeds 1500 N, and to tensile strength – 300 N, which guarantees resistance to mechanical damage during installation and use. Wire insulation made of FEP (fluoroplast) provides high resistance to temperature and chemicals. The outer PVC coating protects against UV radiation and weather conditions. Cable shielding consists of aluminum foil with a tinned copper wire with a diameter of 0.5 mm², which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The minimum installation temperature is -5°C, and the IP X7 protection class provides moisture resistance.

Thanks to the single-ended power supply, installation is simpler and faster, and the risk of errors is minimal. The maximum operating temperature of the cable is 60°C, which ensures safe operation in various conditions.
