Mobile power supply on the construction site
The TD-S/FI SKHU construction distribution board by Doktorvolt is a complete solution for temporary electrical power distribution in outdoor conditions. The portable design - mounted on an aluminum stand with a handle - allows for rapid movement between workstations without the need to dismantle the cabling.
The device is equipped with two CEE power sockets (16A/5P/400V) by Mennekes with an IP44 ingress protection rating and four single-phase sockets (230V/16A) in the French system with a grounding pin - also by Mennekes. This combination enables the simultaneous connection of both heavy power tools (welders, concrete mixers, compressors) and small workshop equipment.
Protections and apparatus
Protection is provided by two C16 overcurrent paths - one single-pole (10kA) protecting the 230V sockets and one three-phase (10kA) protecting the power sockets. This is supplemented by a 40A/30mA/4P Type A residual current device manufactured by SEZ Krompachy, which provides indirect contact protection for the entire system.
The enclosure, made of technopolymer with a rated voltage of up to 1000V, houses modular apparatus on a TH rail with a width of 12 modules. Polycarbonate doors ensure visibility of the device status, while an EPDM rubber seal combined with stainless steel screws maintains an IP44 tightness level.
Cabling and connection
Internal H07V-K wiring in cross-sections of 2,5-6 mm² (yellow-green, black, and blue) form a three-phase main busbar 3F/11M/12mm² with a full set of blanking plugs. For rapid connection, a H07RN-F 5×4mm² connection cable approximately 90 cm long is used, terminated with a Mennekes CEE ProTOP 32A/5P/IP44 plug.
The device operates with a rated input current of 32A at a voltage of 230/400 V /50 Hz. The maximum short-circuit current is ICC ≤10 kA, and the RDF Rated Diversity Factor reaches a value of 0,8.

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board complies with CE directive requirements and IEC 61439 construction standards, and its enclosure meets the insulation class according to IEC 670. The residual current device holds IEC/EN/PN-EN61009 and VDE certificates; the circuit breakers hold IEC/EN/PN-EN61008 and VDE certificates.
It will find application on construction sites and during roadworks, in industrial plants, automotive workshops, and during the organization of outdoor events - anywhere a mobile and safe power source is required.
