Mounting the DILA contactor is simple and convenient – it can be mounted on a DIN rail or screwed directly onto a surface. It utilizes plug-in self-clamping connections, which significantly speeds up wiring – by up to 50% compared to traditional screw terminals. This technology also provides resistance to vibration and shock thanks to the constant spring pressure, ensuring stable connections even in harsh working conditions. Importantly, the contactor is compatible with existing Eaton products and accessories with screw terminals, making it easier to modernize installations.

Application and operating parameters

The DILA-31(230V50HZ,240V60HZ)-PI contactor is a versatile solution for many applications. Its contacts can operate with both AC and DC voltage – from 17V to 500V AC and from 24V to 220V DC. The rated switching current is 16A, and the rated operating current at 400V is 4A. Compact dimensions (45 mm width, 68 mm height and 75 mm depth) allow for installation in limited space. The device does not have an LED indicator or manual operation. It is intended for use as an auxiliary element, not a main load contactor.
