The KLV-36UPS-SF modular distribution box from Eaton is a solid solution for flush-mounted power distribution in residential and commercial buildings. #### Construction and installation

The KLV-36UPS-SF distribution box is designed for flush-mounted installation, providing an aesthetic appearance of the installation. It has an integrated spirit level to facilitate precise positioning on the wall. A stable flush-mounted cassette and the ability to compensate for minor wall irregularities (up to 18 mm) greatly simplify the installation process. The set includes N/PE terminal blocks, which further increase installation convenience. Thanks to the quick-mounting holes on the wall, installation is quick and trouble-free.

#### Functionality and safety

This distribution box offers space for 36 modules (3 rows of 12 modules each), allowing for the installation of a wide range of protective and control devices. It is made of self-extinguishing plastic, resistant to high temperatures (up to 650°C according to the IEC/EN 62208 glow wire test), which increases safety. It meets the requirements of IEC/EN 60670-24, IEC/EN 62208 and IEC/EN 61439-3 standards, guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards. The IP30 degree of protection provides protection against accidental contact and the ingress of solid objects larger than 2.5 mm. The metal door provides additional strength and safety. The ability to seal and connect distribution boxes increases the functionality of the system.
